CUSTOMER’S PROBLEM
The customer wanted to verify whether the existing solutions were sufficient, what their actual condition was, and whether they required any repairs, servicing, expansion or replacement.
OUR SOLUTION
Three qualified and experienced high-class engineers arrived at the customer’s factory. After reviewing the documentation, they conducted tests and then made recommendations.
- The fibre optic expert (using, among other things, a Fluke meter) examined the condition of the cabling and tested the existing free pairs.
- The network engineer conducted an examination and audit of the rack cabinets (including their contents).
- Finally, a WiFi network specialist conducted a comprehensive assessment of the condition and range of the wireless network (using an Ekahau meter).
The result of our work was a multidimensional and comprehensive audit, which was then used to draw conclusions presented in a reliable report.
This allowed the client to learn about the actual condition of their ICT infrastructure and make informed decisions about future investments (replacement, modernisation or expansion).
